Fallout 4 Croup Manor Settlement Tour
This coastal mansion once belonged to the distinguished Croup family and is now home and one of the major bases for the Minutemen. I have fixed up this dilapidated Mansions walls and floors and cleared it of ghouls. this Mansion is equipped with a Generals quarters and my first elevator build with a roof top greenhouse.

Just discovered your channel, really enjoying your settlement builds.
If Simple Green is lower on your load order, it might overwrite your scrapping mod,which is why items you've scrapped keeps coming back. In case you haven't tried it already, move your Scrapping mod as low as possible or at least lower than Simple Green.

Thank you for watching. Simple green is second right after USO and Scrap that is by the bottom but I still have issues unfortunately.
