The bike I believe is part of the mod USO Base Game by ANDREWCX. All of the mods I use are in the description. It has pros and cons. It adds a ton of in game items that you can place however it makes it extremely difficult to find anything in the menus.
I always enjoy seeing other people's builds. Even simple creative builds because not everything needs to be overly complicated.
I agree, I think it should be diverse. Some settlement won’t have as many resources. And some will be better equipped.
