Do it yourself. How to repair earthen water pot. Pani ka matka kaise repair kare. I purchased a matka-earthen water pot at high price. It developed a crack on the lower brim-side. First I applied M-seal to prevent the leakage, but of no avail. I then tried Bond-tite or you can also try any other clear adhesive, which sets in five-15 minutes and for full strengh one to 24 hours at least. In cases of water leakage leave the adhesive overnight to strong bonding. The water pots cracks were ascertained by filling it and checking the leakage. Let it dry for at least 4-5 hours, then apply the solution. It does not leave any visible marks being clear solution unlike M-seal, which looks very bad. Save money and time.

Sir mere pass bhe ek flower pot terocoto ka usmay ek fine crack haai 10 cm length ka. Sir kya usmay fevi bond thik rahega ya fevi quick lagay. Ya phir white cement ka fine paste bhe laga saktay hai kya jha par hair crack hai.

Any epoxy should be good, I got Araldite to work and for Rs.40, you will get enough to repair several.

usually oozing is a natural phenomena, but if you think that it is cracked, only then it has to be repaired as the whole water goes out in some time. dry the matka first. then fill the water upto some level like half or 1/4th, if it does not oozes, to that extent, it is good. then fill upto 3/4th or brim, you will come to know. i had also used a strong lense to see the crack.

Put some water nd look inside with the help of torch. You can see the bubbles from cracked area.
