You dont need to rename anything. What you do is go to an ocd vault (storage). And place the items you want stored, then press the ocd settings and check all items listed. For instance, you place wood and selected the wood for that vault. What happens then is that everytime the console pulls wood from dinos or other crafting benches, it pushes all the wood to that vault. You need to set this on every vault to be able to organize vaults, this includes the ref. As for the crafting benches, just select the item you wish to craft, select the quantity located at the middle bottom, then hit pull. The thing is, most of the time the first pull doesnt really work, so press it again. A tip is, set up your vaults first, select which resources go to which vault before placing your console. The only time you need to rename is if you wish to exclude a vault or bench from being pulled by the console.
Excluding is. A big part of the mod tho, right now with the broken ui, you can't stop items whizzing around, once that's fixed absolutely do full guide
@@JadePG2 yeah i admit, the ocd menu is really clunky at the moment. The mod does have a lot of things to fix. The console can’t even pull from the aa:industrial cooker. It can push items to it when crafting but can’t pull from it. Unused vegies just get spoiled, i wasted a bunch of vegie cakes cuz i thought the console will pull it from the cooker and push it to the ref. It didn’t. All in all, the mod does have it’s perks, tho.
Honestly, my biggest problem with AA are the garish logos on nearly every single piece. I go to my friend’s bases and there are these annoying little logos glaring at me from EVERYWHERE. Why did he have to graffiti almost every single thing? I only use a few of his items for this reason.
It's so you can easily identify them and not get confused. That's such a small/ weird nit pick 😂 it's an amazing mod. I'm a console player so then again I'm just thankful to have mods
Reinstalling mine now I've tried everything but reinstalling. Its a shame because I'm actually enjoying it but I'm old and not a fan of repeating shit because this company couldn't get saving right

I had this problem after the update, its very frustrating. I deleted my world and reinstalled the game. After several hours it's saving as normal. Who knows for how long though...
Firstly i would say this is, like so of much of ASA, aimed at PvP. The UI 'glitch' has been there since day 1. You can go through and automate everything for the manual sort but it randomly resets a lot and not just when the game gets updated, this is nightmare. You will often find that game updates reset all the settings so if you do keep this running make a copy of its ini file text. Everything is tiny and often doesn't snap properly or snaps through things and then wont let you interact with it. The mod also freezes the game a lot. It feels like someone wanted to recreate SS but didn't really know how to but thankfully it would seem like Super Structures is going to make an appearance YAY
The amount of talent and hard work it takes to make something like this, I have nothing but respect for the developers.

ASA on the Xbox Series X has a game-breaking bug where the save button doesn't work on singleplayer. I was starting to enjoy it 😅
Same, I use series s and everytime I leave single player it deletes it.
Yeah I deleted my world and reinstalled the game. I've now noticed when I click save there's a sound associated to it and it's saving as normal.

Cant play on Xbox anymore because everytime I leave single player it deletes the save no matter what I do.
