Me too! It’s a great surprise and adds a lot to a game that is more than “just a remaster.” Plus it ensures there is monetary incentive to push new content

Best creature to tame the Pyro. Mammoth.
It can extinguish the fire, tank the hits enough to do the damage to ride it. It also has a debuff to fire attacks because it has fur.

It rains in SE (rarely), and that also makes their flames go out. I can see it being a pain, but it's viable. Not to mention, you can carry them to places with water
The center is a joke absolutely filled with mesh holes its like they haven't even tried
Lazy copy paste asset flip with plenty of mesh holes they’ll probably never fix in its entirety, ASE center was infinitely better

The worst part of this PAID new creature is that it's not new at all it's just a reskin of a shadowmane if that's not a slap on the face Idk what is. The concept art looked cool but in game it doesn't look as good.
if your even considering buying a creature this one shouldn't even cross your mind when you have better ones like Garuga's and Moro's Premium ones that actually do support them even tho a better way to support them would be direct donation instead of 50% going to wildcard/overwolf and all this is just about one buggy creature they are selling us lets not even talk about the unfinished map that did not even attempt to fix the meshing that the original has.

I honestly wish they would focus on releasing finished and tested maps and fixing bugs, like on Xbox, the lavafalls in Lava Cave are bugging and covering half my screen, so it’s almost unplayable. I just wish they cared a little more about the players and making Asa the best it can be.
Fun Fact - I find 150s and carry them to herbivore laden areas. They aren't as dangerous and usually just run. Also, there's a ton more creatures to choose from.
Another thing, you don't have to kill a creature to reset your timer. You just need to consume your flame.
I always thought that pay to win meant you cant normally complete the game without buying said "mod", with the new dino, you dont have to buy it to complete the game.

Pay to win is more something to give you advantage over other players, a good example is overwatch 2 putting characters in a battle pass and you buy the pass you get immediate access to the character and if their broken then you have an advantage over the other team cause you got the character immediately then grinding to level fifty to get them.
I agree with you about the skin additions. I would pay money to get my hand on immersive armor skins! I’m honestly surprised there haven’t been many immersive armor mods yet that I’ve seen

For console controls flame leap works if you tap L2 or LT. Holding it is flame trail so tapping is how to flame leap

Have you tried raiding and destroying structures with it. Op AF. It basically it's own c4 that never runs out and you don't need to craft.
I refuse to pay for such a crummy shadowmain reskin. I've said it from the start that they need to fix the base game before bringing out this crp. I can't see how people can justify giving them more and more money with the game in such sht shape. Wake up peeps they ant ever gunna fix the game if you keep palming ya hard earned cash to them!

The Center Map was so bugged that i qent back to my Scorched map. Glad to see some Pyromanes in the Trench so i could grab one on a good map. I dont mind paying the 5 bucks but i ynderstand the gripes from PVP players

Its 5 dollars. You spend more on a snack from the vending machine without complaint. 5 dollars now is like 3 dollars a couple years ago. Its not that big of a deal. My only concern is the pay pattern we're seeing.

We’re literally getting all of the maps remastered for free. If there’s like 1-2 paid Dino’s per map, I really don’t care, that’s a square deal.

@@JadePGascended yes, all of the remastered stuff IS free in ASA. $40 for the base game, and then all maps, story and extra, are being remastered for free. This not any different than any other remaster example you can name.
They’re not only remastering everything they’re also bringing brand *new* content. That’s not a part of the “remaster” part. For entirely new content, I see no issue at all with charging for that, especially since it is all completely optional.
What remastered game can you name released with actual brand new content that didn’t result in some additional charge?
There are also several brand new Dino’s that are being added into the game, completely free. Every map is getting a free new addition. And yet people are crying foul that there’s a new Dino that can paid for.

It is weird to have it on official for money super cool but shady. Feels almost like the free maps are just demo maps but if you pay 5 or ten bucks each they can be fully playable. I don't feel great buying it but like you said it will go on sale and then I'll get it

So, the problem that i have is interupts the core game loop, Dinos the bread and butter for the game, so I am now done with that game ! Skinns and DLC content is fine but dinos is a no go for me. It is not about the 5 bugs it is about pay to win and it part of core mein game loop the dinos. Thats a no gooo!

@@racby14 year but dinos are part of the main game loop and you didn't pay there for them, so why do you even answer if you don't don't understand! There are always some bad dinos, but paying for a single dinos is a no-go, it is pay to win system like in mobiles. Weak up call!

Hit the dlc on the nail. I don’t think anyone will pay for a shadowmane reskin with fire attacks. Especially if it doesn’t look crisp, something like this should just be a mod. Paying for creatures just feels weird, and once we start with one we will see plenty other $5 Dinos. We should be paying for skins and maps not creatures…

Its a scummy game nothing is worth it, not even your wasted time. Highly recommend Soulmask for those that like the survival gente, its a breath of fresh air.
