I'm not sold on this new feature it looks like a great way for me to lose a client. When they have the ability to contact the listing agent directly instead of my client coming to me for questions I see that as a potential for a loss of a lead. The consumer does not understand and the listing agent is all to happy to try and steal a client away. Not all will but I know some who will not twice to pick up a new client.

Thank you for your comment. While the listing agent is the primary contact for their listing, our property search portal is intended for consumers who are not yet working with an agent. If you're working with your clients, we would recommend setting them up on your MLS client portal where you're the primary point of contact. Thank you again for your comment.
