Wow, this is wonderful mountain soaring in an absolutely beautiful and majestic countryside which reminds me of my own soaring in the U.S. Smoky Mountains. Having a lot of mountain flying experience (both in powered and glider flight), I advise to please be careful around beautiful mountains like this due to occasional unpredictable mountain currents that can ruin your whole soaring day. A few of these scenes were a little too close for comfort, at least for my level of experience. Thanks for your help, Tom
Thx for the tipp and foremost for your compliments. On this flight We were two sailplanes, on the other an absolute professional instructor with thousands of hours airtime. So I felt pretty safe when flying the same line as he did.

@@PilotAndrea haha, genau des wegen. Mit aner Tüte kommst net so einfach weg wie du mit 37km/h Trimmspeed wenns zur Sache geht. Du gibt's einfach Gas und schwupp bist weg. Die Profis machens sicher manchmal so aber a Hobbyflieger hält da schon Respektabstand.
I'm still kind of undecided. After starting with iGlide on my Handy which got too hot and dimmed the display I instantly bought an Oudie N from Naviter which i really can recommend. In the new season I'll check out my LX8000 from LX Avionics. We'll see what time will bring.
Take a ride. It will be profound. I promise. I did it 27 years ago and then went on to get my skydiving license. Now im ready to get my sailplane and license. Nothing clears your head and soothes the soul like flying.
