  • Aneta Regel creates abstract ceramic sculptures that do not show forms that exist in nature, but react to the natural world and her existence within it. She shares her unique process of making here. Discover more inside Ceramic Review issue 277, which features the full step-by-step masterclass. There is an end, it is called the beginning... this is a potter that inspired me a lot just now. Carefree, not focused on technique for its own sake, organic with openness taking natural & manmade objects to create ... whatever those things she made in the background are. Very fun approach to doing what obviously she enjoys and I enjoy the process as well. Thank you for showing her work.

I wish we could have seen more the work up close, or a “ completed” one

I don’t understand why not do a quick montage at the end of completed works so we can see what the artist did and why.

I had the same exact thought. You could get a sense of her work but I would have loved some close ups of completed work

Added that comment before reading yours. What a very strange omission!

Sure wish the video had shown the end work beyond background glimpses.
