Great info, Karl. Wish I'd started digging into your material earlier! (like before I said yes to a Premiere based show for next week). 28 years on Avid- need to learn more new tricks!
Sony footage folder structure Hi there, I've been handed a SSD drive with Sony Venice footage shot in 6k. I'm editing in Premiere Pro. When I import the Sony footage into the Premiere project, I end up with dozens of folder and subfolders for each data card of footage. Obvisously, this makes managing/searching footage a nighmare. Is there a simple and clean way to import the Sony footage that eliminates the multiple folders and assembles everyhing into a single folder (for each card of course)? I can't get started on the project (or create proxies) until I've figured this out. Canon footage is soooo much easier to import... PS: Your YT channel is brilliant! Thank you, Stefan
