Wouldn’t Frisk be the most powerful? I mean, they did beat Asriel twice technically (as Asriel and Photoshop Flowey), unless this is specifically by physical attack power.
They defeat Photoshop Flowery with the help of the souls.
They demoralized Asriel to beat him.
Heck even in the genocide fight, Chara broke the rules of the game so the fight against rule bending mf would end.
