      He has no choice most in those regions I believe are born and raised to do a certain craft no technology school or 9 month course to learn a skill at trade school mostly knowledge passed down from generation and so on peep the osha violations

    Necessity is the mother of invention. Many will be able to learn from this very educational presentation. The world is far from perfect but this man's process is close enough. Just goes to prove we can do it if we have the need or desire.

    A humbling testament to a hardworking, skilful, and obviously very poor man who has learned the art of making sand castings. The video is an shining example of how much more effective You Tube videos are without all the camera waving and self aggrandisement that's now so common. It tells a story without words beautifully. Thank you both for the lessons you have learned and are now teaching to others.

    Единственное чего я не могу понять, как удаётся этому человеку весь день работать, сидя на корточках? Но что еще меня удивило в этом видео, как литейщик умудряется одной рукой держать тигель заливая метал, другой рукой с помощью пинцета зажимать течь жидкого алюминия, правой ногой поджимать опоку и все это выполнять в сидя на одной ноге, выполняя всю работу босиком и без рукавиц! Товарищи, у меня разрыв шаблонов! 😂😄

      У меня прямые руки и приходится часто в домашних условиях конфетку делать,но глядя как и с какой сноровкой работают индусы невольно понимаешь,что мой уровень-детский сад.

      Yes, have been seeing this guy casting all these parts for an year now and his living standard has not changed one bit. Hope this UA-camr and another channel Project03 I guess, are doing right with him.

    Holy Hell I use a Devil Forge and I have every protective thing on I can not to get burned or breath the flumes. This guy is doing it bear foot and with nothing to protect himself. Amazing!

      You have no idea how wrong you are, if anything his knee will be more healthy at 90yo than yours at 30yo.
      Sitting like that is good for the knee, what is not good is doing squats so low with heavy loads.

    We don't know what it will become!( the casting) Very interesting & so amazing everything is done at a crouch, close to the ground. In the west all work activities are usually done standing & with benches. Feet are never used but here they are used too.

      This is very basic. Anyone can do it. But for that reason the wages are very low. The people I know who have done this job were school-leavers with no qualifications on minimum wage.

    This is the video I need to show my fellow Americans when they want to cry and wine about getting only 2-15 minute breaks a day.
    Imagine how many times this guy has been severely burned by molten metal? Or how he probably has all manner of foot, joint and back problems and he probably doesn't complain. Probably no healthcare whatsoever.

    I would very much like to meet the metal worker. Inspiring! I would rather live in a village with people like him than in the biggest mansion in Beverly Hills. Betcha the fellow casting is a very contented man with great pride in his work who is raising good kids instilling in them his work ethic, ingenuity and contentment. I could be happy as a clam living his lifestyle but where would I find the gazillion liters of diesel ESSENTIAL to keep my Humvee humming!?

    I feel for this man, doesn't even have a work bench. Sitting on the floor casting Aluminum all day is a rough way to make a living.
    Half the guys in the shop where I work cry like little bitches when the coffee machine is broken, I couldn't even imagine.
