I'm a fan of Aicelle and Rita. I think the only reason Rita hadn't gotten a third callback is because they might have thought she was too young for the part.
I don't think that's a legit reason cause Lea got casted when she auditioned at 14 or 17 and Rita's about that age already. Rita's good but probably her voice is not just cut out for a classic.
I acknowledge your first point, but if you look at who they are considering for Kim this time, I think they have someone a little bit older in mind for this production.
