What curriculum do you use? I’ve had pain all my life and would love something like this.
This is Exercise Therapy. There are many people out there that have taken this training and had amazing breakthroughs in their aches and pains. However, rather than the specific discipline I think it's best to find someone in your area that's known for being really good at what they do, whether it's some sort of trainer or therapist, and have them guide you.
