Back from the dead.
Like Putin.
@@karakoum8261 He is stronger than ever before.
You know that old saying "Death by a Thousand Cuts" I think that is what happening to Ukraine. Russia, just needs to go slow and steady and keep the pressure all along the front as this is stressing Ukraine's logistics, and I don't know how they are going to be able to function if Russia opens another front.
If you look at the casualty numbers, one could argue that that's what's happening to Russia, instead of Ukraine.
@@homuraakemi9556I'd be interested to hear what casualty figures you are using.

Ukraine should raise the white flag.
Le seul problème est que les décideurs de la poursuite du conflit est bien camoufler derrière les Ukrainiens et leurs pays ne reçoit pas encore de missiles russes, !!
It will save many lives.
@@WellWisdom. Yes ... and it won't make the outcome for Ukraine worse. If anything, it will make it better.
Better yet, the Russian flag.
And I'm not even fond of national flags, but this is the absolute mess US Imperialism has led us to.
the puppet needs authorization from his NATO masters to be able to raise the white flag
Russia has what 50 thousand soldiers to the north doing nothing may as well put them to use give them a bit of experience because that will give them the advantage over fresh none battle tested NATO boots on the ground they also strengthen the boarder draw Ukraine soldiers out of their hovels to defend elsewhere. I think its a good move by the Russians
For the sake of tactical analysis of the battlefield and the movement of the front line, it can be said that Russia captured a settlement or territory, but from a strategic and military political analysis, Russia liberated those settlements and territory!
And you call that liberation? I call that steeling!
Sorry to hear about 'Mongolian Looking Guy' being fired lol. Welcome back!
You are focused on the amount of territory that Russia has "captured." You need to focus on the number of Ukrainian casualties. Ukraine has lost more territory to military cemeteries than Russian attack.
Over 2 million
Scott Ritter said it is 40 to one in Russia's faver
so even if we were to, believe the Russian casualty numbers, put out by Ukraine, which are 492290
we get
492290 x 40 to 1 =19,691,600
if we round up we get
20.000,000 Ukrainian casualties
but Ukraine are over estimating by 40 to one
we get
492290 ÷ 40 = 12,307
so the current casualty ratio is
Twelve thousand Vs Twenty Million in Russia's faver
@@HNH421 you cannot seriously believe that? and why would you go off of the word of Scott Ritter of all people?
@nathanduncan6919 yeah, manpower disadvantage is by no means that high. Ukraine must be at 1.3-2 - 1 disadvantage. Due to tactical and strategical limitations(they have essentially a no step back policy) they are too spread out, so Russians can initiate attacks at various fronts with a significant numerical advantage. Maybe that's what can be inferred to as 40-1, but even with that justification it's still stretching it.
In my opinion, it's a minor manpower advantage and double force efficiency due to artillery/air superiority. That makes Russians have a 'figurative' 3-4 - 1 advantage, which explains why the offensive is successful.
@@HNH421 casualties are not all dead, the injured will fight again after they recover..

Your analyses are pretty good, although as others have stated, you are focused on territorial gains when that is only part of the story. Also, if you intend to keep doing these videos, I would advise you to brush up on Russian pronunciation.
Yay cool.
At a human cost of more than thousand Russian soldiers a day killed in action, that will hurt!
Where do you get these numbers?
I like these reports but they are way too sporadic

Wow, you just came out and said that Maynard Keynes was a fool. Kudos to you, sir. I'm assuming your thinking is more in line with Milton Friedman. I'm glad to see you back here.
Q: how many empty soldiers(fraud) are on either side? Im thinking near 50k for ukr and 20k rus
See you in 2 months
It was 95 billion collectively, not 61 billion. 61 billion was for Ukraine over 5 years. The sq kms was interesting. The rest not so much. If you're coming back from a long lay-off, probably have a different focus than just the front line. Everyone following you also follows all the other mappers so knows the front line. You always sound a little russo phobic to me
No advantage but inferior NATO armies
DONT SAY RUSSIAN WALK EASY THATS DISGUSTING THEY RISKBTHEIR LIFE MANY DIED NO SUCH WALKING NEAR BORDER ITS WRONG RUSSIAN DYING FOR EVERY MILES.
I love how he always manages to turn the map every which way, really making it as confusing as possible to look at. Might as well look at the map upside-down next video.
As dolphin you should have that kind of mental flexibility 😂
This suggests that he is a nervous psychopath.
If Belousov is a Keynesian, that's not good. Keynesians believe that any government money is good as it "stimulates the economy," never mentioning that the money is taken through taxes from the economy's natural flow and adaptive process. Or they get the money from loans or just money printing, which is even worse, creating inflation and debt. But as Keynesian Paul Krugman at the NYT says, "There's no such thing as too much debt in a depression!" (Tell that to Greece.)
HOWEVER, do we really know this is what Belousov is like? Maybe he just believes in govt control of oil for example, just like they have in Libya, Saudi Arabia and so on. Anyhow, he's not the economy minister. He's not even in charge of deciding military budget. The main economic goal in the military now is to DECREASE costs which have increased significantly from last year and onward. The main goal will be to find mismanagement and waste.
That's not what Keynesian economists think. Government money that is invested in the long-term productive potential of the economy is what stimulates the economy and crowds-in private investment. In a depression it is vital that the government spends to stabalise the economy, although this has to be paired with responsible borrowing in good times (which Greece didn't do). Moreover, Greece was in a uniquely bad position, because they couldn't print money or do QE as they were in the Eurogroup and they had austerity forced on them, which was disastrous for their economic recovery, which they needed to pay back their debt.
