So 2 people took his spot? Who’s Gary Sandez? Also Arod finished with 696 HR, were you hoping to watch him hit 4 homers that night to catch 700? You suck
When A-Rod was going, Jeter couldnt compare. A-Rod was a man you feared pitching to. Would love to see baseball take back the HOF from these stupid writers that vote.
Baseball never had the HOF so it can't take it back. And writers have always been the HOF voters. Today's writers are more informed and reasonable than ever before when it comes to HOF voting. A-Rod’s average season with the Yankees from 2004-2010 (7 seasons) .300 BA 40 HR 120 RBI 110 Runs .952 OPS The only other Yankees in team history to ever achieve those numbers over 7 consecutive seasons were Ruth, Gehrig, DiMaggio, and Mantle. Can’t stand Jeter. He is just a goody two shoes who cares only about his image. Arod definitely has his faults too but at least he owns them. The media just wanted a Scapegoat in NY and it fell on Arod

I see and understand why there was a rivalry, and I actually do believe that they have reconciled. It may not be perfect, but they are both older men now who have probably grown up and realized that their drama or hatred was petty in nature.
HORRIBLE TAKE....so much to do about nothing...as they were in a recent interview together laughing about this...they even work together now. BRUTAL>equals click bait
Did you write this? You are in love with Jeter man. I never seen a more one sided piece about these 2 and everyone hates ARod.
This video was too one sided
you did a amazing job, you should've added that on aroid's last game it rained on him and his mom and stopped as soon as they got off the field 😁☺
You’re wrong, 2 high school teammates said they knew he was using roids.
Also, A rod got an ovation when he came out of his last game.
I think you’re just one of those obsessive A rod haters. That’s not healthy man
@@TelecastersanonymousA Rod do not give you a lot of reasons to like hom
A-Rod was jealous of the captain bcuz Derek Jeter didn't need A-Rod to win a world series but A-Rod needed Derek Jeter truthfully A-Rod was only good bcuz of Roids but Derek Jeter was good bcuz of talent
Wow - you REALLY see Jeter through rose colored glasses. You're just going to totally ignore what he did to the Marlins and how nobody down there could stand him. The guy was a quiet TOOL. Yeah he was great - but he's still a tool.
19 thousand 23 runs? DAMN much larger than one thousand nine hundred twenty three runs. Should be named the GOAT of runs.
I remember a Roid last at bat! It was before the angels series and a guy by the name of Aaron judge and Gary sandez took his spot int the lineup. I was at angles field trying to catch 700 in right field
So 2 people took his spot? Who’s Gary Sandez? Also Arod finished with 696 HR, were you hoping to watch him hit 4 homers that night to catch 700? You suck
All sorts of errors in this one. A rare miss that lowered your WAR
Jeter is overrated af
Also it’s cool that ARod played in Calgary for a bit
When A-Rod was going, Jeter couldnt compare. A-Rod was a man you feared pitching to. Would love to see baseball take back the HOF from these stupid writers that vote.
Baseball never had the HOF so it can't take it back. And writers have always been the HOF voters. Today's writers are more informed and reasonable than ever before when it comes to HOF voting. The worst inductions ever have come from Veterans Committees. You're nostalgic for a past that never existed.
A-Rod was the better player , the media favored Jeter… that’s the truth
But the media picked A Rod as the AL MVP
A-Rod’s average season with the Yankees from 2004-2010 (7 seasons)
.300 BA
40 HR
120 RBI
110 Runs
.952 OPS
The only other Yankees in team history to ever achieve those numbers over 7 consecutive seasons were Ruth, Gehrig, DiMaggio, and Mantle. Yankee Fans: This A-Rod guy sucked as a Yankee 😂…. He won MVP in 05 & 07.
By the way, without A-ROD the Yankee Championship drought would currently stand at 23 years. Yankee fans are pathetic.
On a separate note, isn’t it interesting how David Ortiz had his first good season of his career at 27 years old, in his 7th season, and he magically gets a pass on the Steroid bullshit? 🤔
Don’t forget all the PEDs he was loaded on!
@@warlordofbritanniaYou mean like probably 90% of the league in that era? Come on. Put A-Rod, Bonds, and Clemens in the Hall already. It’s ridiculous. All time greats, every one of them.
@@timetowakeup6302
“90 percent of the league at that time”
[citation needed]
Anyways, yeah I think Bonds et all should be in the Hall of Fame. But cmon man, you can’t post what you did above and not address the 800 pound gorilla in the room 😂
PEDs or not, those are monster numbers (I actually didn't realize they were that good) plus most of the other guys that juiced during that Era had stats more along the lines of 40 HR and say a .240 average
@@uberboomer8670what PED users had 40 home runs and a .240 average? Those are like Adam Dunn numbers. That makes no sense at all.
I thought this was a children’s show and there’s play boy photos in here
I’m calling the police
Jeter scored over 19,000 runs? Wow, he was better than I thought.....
People don't realize that mostly all Derrek Jeter's clutch hits were little bullshit dinkers to the right side...A-Rod the best player in the game
Lol!
Watch your mouth you’ll get a slap 100%!!!
19,023 runs??? You added a free 10,000 runs…..
🔥🔥🔥
THE CAPTAIN BABY YEAH JEETS THE CAPTAIN IT'S JUST DIFFERENT IN NEW YORK BABY 5 RINGZZZ THE CAPTAIN MIKE TROUT DOESN'T MAKE THE PLAYOFFS
0:42 um…he was born in jersey 😂
I completely forgot how annoying jeters last season was with the endless last blah blah jeter will do the media talked up
I miss the steroid era
I think of Jeter I think of unnecessary jump throws and gift baskets. I liked arod in Seattle. I hate the Yankees though.
Everybody hates the Yankees
19,000 runs!! Woahhh
If A-Rod was a good friend this is never a rivalry legitimately. A rod not being able to keep his real feelings to himself or to not fake a friendship with someone he believed he was better than
ARod, when he was with the Yankees, wouldn't shut up when talking to the media. However Yankees management wanted Jeter to come to his rescue all the time. Jeter knew how to talk to the media and didn't want to get involved with ARod's mess.
It must not have been fun being Jeter, and having ARod as a teammate.
Didn't know this was a thing
19,023 runs scored...that's a record I guarantee will NEVER be broken...lol.
I'm obviously being a smart a*s...pay no attention to me.
If there is a take-a-way to be gleaned from my comment, let it be this: your videos are well done...no question...and I'm certainly appreciative of the time and effort taken to provide such material.
It’s not a rivalry. A rod better at literally everything 😂
I really think they are very similar. ARod is better at baseball (especially defense) Jeter is way better at how to handle the media as a pro athlete. Jeter being the greatest team player ever fades overtime as defense analytics and his Marlins ownership comes to light. A very guarded ego vs a blatant ego.
Greatest team player ever? Just no

19 THOUSAND RUNS!!!???
Jeter is only a slightly better player than Craig Biggio
Wow. Only slightly better than an obvious Hall of Famer? Sick burn!
Alex Rodriguez was way better than Derek Jeter. Jeter is overrated.
They look like they could be brothers...
He really said 19017 runs but put 1923 on the screen... 🤦
Can’t stand Jeter. He is just a goody two shoes who cares only about his image. Arod definitely has his faults too but at least he owns them. The media just wanted a Scapegoat in NY and it fell on Arod
I love how Arod basically redeemed himself and Jeter left the past in the past. Of course they won't ignore it happened but they're being professions now.
That walk off single was fake af 😂

Jeter scored 19,thousand runs??🤯🤯
A-Rod was a better player than Jeter in every aspect of the game. I understand why fans love him but saying he’s as good as A-Rod is foolish.
Never knew this at all.
