I go for mizuho lin she is the best
1) Brazil's Mizuho Lin has Tone! 2) Miss Bognanno's singing is harder to judge without the acoustics of a studio production, but 3) Stela Atanasova's clean soprano delivery makes her the clear favorite today. 4) Theresa Jeanne and her band were pretty good, imo, and though 5) Hey Heartbreaker's sound is likely attractive to younger audiences --- which is a good thing in itself --- it's just not for me. As always, the ordered variety in this Marvin TheMusicMan compilation is appreciated.
All good but Melody Cristea from Liliac is my favourite one!

My favorite was The Nearly Deads but I think it's because it reminds me of Halestorm. She doesn't have the same range though. And I'm not sure why but the last one made me think of The Doors mixed with the B-52s. :)

my favorite by far was Mizuho Lin mind you i have seen that video about 20 times so it was nice to have an excuse to see it again ... the rest were ok but not my cup of tea .. and Metalwings was boring as hell ... hey marvin if you ever do top 5 awesome sister acts make sure larkin poe - prechin blues is in it ... much love from hamilton ontario canada

Marvin, I think you would appreciate a lady named Emily Naccio who sings with a UA-cam cast band called Band Geeks. Actually all females who sing with them are phenomenal. Their covers of Alone by Heart and You Oughta Know by Alanis Morissette are exceptional

Stela Atanasova and her band reminds me, just a little bit, about oldschool Nightwish. Those were the days... Completely different sound than Tarja though, that's for sure. Still good.
It's really noticeable how comfortable Rakel Mjöll is with her voice and the way she's playing with it. Interesting. Honestly wasn't very fond of the song, but she was interesting.
Nightwish in the Floor Jansen days?
Floor Jansen is good too (especially since she can sing both Tarja's and Anette's songs), but old-school Nightwish with Tarja Turunen as the lead singer will always hold a special place in my heart. The combination of Tuomas's music and Tarja's voice was freaking magical.
