Probably the best live sounding show the Distillers has ever played. The PA system was as good as a Pro gets, the band sounded great and Brody’s Power House vocals gave me chills. You know she practiced her singing and breathing techniques to make sure they were filmed sounding great

If this is the same Reading I was at (2004?) I thought the guitar sound was very indistinct and woolly. And I think you can hear that on this recording. From memory, they sounded better on the tour after.

Wow her and Kim shattuck, if they played together, would have made amazing punk music. I loved Kim shattuck's style of singing in the song "Lori Meyers" by NOFX. Which is what she is probably most known for. But I'm glad I got to know who she is and her music through this song. Both VERY BEAUTIFUL women!
