Dazaam!!! What happened to him touring in the States. His website only shows in Europe & Brazil. I guess we're not worth him playing in the U.S. anymore.
we saw billky c playing in boca raton a couple of years ago in a small bar-club .sad there were only about 100 persons in attendance. I saw the 1973 version of spectrum in princeton NJ, AND WITH john mcclauglin, birds of fire in 1972, both great shows, never forget them..he just played here in PANAMA in the locl jazz festival led by danilo perez, a panamanian pianist,.he can still bang them well, i believe he was born in the canal zone, great guy...
While you are in Paris don't forget to listen to the French jazz musicians as well...Stephane Hucchard for example. Billy's snare is too harsh, badly miked maybe, toms sound great though. Who are the other musos

The local Tama dealer must have had trouble getting the drums Billy needed, some of the drums are a different color.
