Leadership is the key for achieving the Positive Safety culture in any Workplace. Unless the workers exposed to the Positive actions of managers and Managing directors towards safety, they will not step forward to follow the same.
Simply, "the people will follow the practices when they are inspired enough".

Too many people do not understand what it means to be an introvert. It has nothing to do with feeling comfortable being in front of or leading people. The best leaders I have had were introverts. Do not confuse being shy with being an introvert.
