    Great video, thanks! I did have one question: How do you find those "swing arms" at the bottom that hold the laptop from sliding. They look to me like they would start digging into my wrists! How has your experience been with these? TIA!

    just ordered this yesterday. most of the review about this product is great including your's. my laptop is struggling to keep the temp down during the day due to extremely hot temperatures in South East Asia. kinda hesitated at first due to its 100 USD price but hey, instead of wasting money on a crappy laptop cooler, why not splurge a bit for a QUALITY laptop cooler.

      How much did the cooling pad do for your laptop?

    • @MSR93
      @MSR93 11 днів тому

      @Noa_persico for my Legion 5 Ryzen 4800H GTX1650, pretty significant drop in temp. around 10c at 500 RPM and around 15-20c at max 2800 RPM. however, for my Legion Pro 7 i9-13900HX RTX4080, even at max RPM, the temp doesn't drop as much. around 5-10c. its understandable since the components consume much more power. but the best thing about the cooling pad is the filter. i noticed that after using it, i don't need to clean my laptop fan as often (i have 5 cats btw). all the dust are filtered out, and the cooler basically feeds cleaned air into the laptop. the filter are made of sponge, so you can basically you can just wash it with water & reuse it again. its one of my best purchases tbh.

    Please keep in mind the cooling you get from these completely depends on your laptop etc. Also, do not get the Llano if your laptop is lighter. If you have a Asus F15, the laptop will likely be too light to make a proper seal with the foam. I have tried both the llano and gt600 but despite the llano seemingly doing a lot better in reviews on youtube. On my laptop the gt600 worked much better. Mine has tiny holes on the bottom, but still it manages to lower cpu and gpu temps by 20c under stress. The llano was actually 1/2c lower, louder, and just felt like it had a worse build. Easier to control and slightly more even rgb but only weird pastel colors to pick from (not that rgb is important but still)

    I just got this yesterday after waiting for almost 3 weeks to get it from Amazon. Totally worth the wait.
    I have a Gigabyte G5 KF5 laptop with a i7-12650h and a 4060. The CPU temps will hit 100℃ when I play fortnite on high settings and throttle but with this cooler at 1000 RPM, it dropped down to around 85℃ and rarely going into the 90's.

    Totally fake paid creator review, the pad flying on high rpm, the noise is to much when you pass 900 rpm, won’t work on many laptop design, memory foam is to unstable, the fan start making noise even on low rpm after couple days, totally garbage.

    • @SoulOfTech

      The air flows through opposite way, the cooler doesn’t suck air, it pushes air from the bottom to the top. This will push out more air from your exhaust 😅

      Hey there, I tested it using a 14" HP Omen as well and it fits though you don't get that "seal" since there the device is not wide enough. In short it will start fit a 14" but you will lose out on some cooling efficiency.

    • @SoulOfTech

    • @3choblast3r4

      It's too large and the foam is too thick for light laptops. My 15.6" f15 won't make a proper seal because the foam is too hard. You're probably much better off wiht the gt600 v2 or the llano v10
