Getting caught up on some of your content, brother. Been swamped at work. This might be one of your most clicked on videos. Congrats. Good looking knife and Civivi really punches above its weight class.
@Pocket Razors TY 4 the review - I LOVE this knife & I am kicking myself because BladeHq was selling these on presale for $55 & that was for the Wood handle with that NICE Damascus blade & I fizzzzzzzzzzzzzed out & forgot to grab it . I LOVE LOVE LOVE this design , The ONLY thing I wish they would have done this in a button lock but the Axis lock seems to be good too , I am just a button lock kinda guy .
I like it a lot but would prefer a stiffer detent. I can fling mine open without pulling back the crossbar lock. It opens smoothly and you can fire it with the thumb studs if you are aggressive, but if you try to load up pressure on the thumb studs, it releases too easily and the blade only opens halfway. Not sure if others are experiencing that.
That is a bummer to hear that you're experiencing this. You might reach out to Civivi about it. I am not having this issue with mine. The combination of the bearings and crossbar lock do have a unique feel.
Zach in the wild design this knife EDC for working class people he didn't use it expensive steel for the blade 14C 28 or expensive scales my Micarta scales under $100 / $60 I love the belly and this blade because it's good for prepping put on your camping . I purchased the G10 , only because I have plenty of Micarta and Brulp Micarta which are my favorite. Keep it simple keep functional inefficient. Can't wait to see what his next design will be maybe a fixed blade😊 congratulations again Zach😊
I saw Zac's video and ordered the micarta one immediately. I have a Sendy from Ben and wanted to match it haha How's the micarta feel on this one? The Sendy it's surprisingly slick and I was hoping for it to be a little more fabric like and grippy. Great setup overall though
May I ask what knife scale materials you have handled/owned? Not criticizing or anything at all, just curious as g10 and micarta are both exceedingly popular scale materials. I just found myself wondering about your experience. Thanks!
Really dig the look of the yonder
Should be getting mine this week, thanks for showing!
Right on, Enjoy it!
Just grabbed one in the green Micarta Black StoneWashed blade, excited to get this one in Hand. Thank you for the video
Nice pick, that’s a great combination!

Yep love all three; I would have to flip a coin, but I usually am partial to micarta…. But the wood one is beautiful too!!
Solid choices! 👊✌️🤙

Yeah, this one is doing very well. Zac and CIVIVI crushed it with this knife. You will have let me know what you think of it after yours arrives 😉
Love it!
Thanks for watching!

Very nice video. Great reveal of these new Civivi knives.
😎👍

Cool, thanks for checking it out!
Love mine. Showed up early from Amazon over the weekend.
Awesome! I hope you’re enjoying it.

It is a great knife and Zac is a solid designer!

I really like the micarta used here… I would describe it as having a medium texture.
Very nice. Thanks for showing these. Never held a knife with any of those scale materials before. Love the fancy wood one.
Thanks for checking it out. The wood grain is amazing with the subtle Damascus pattern.
@@PocketRazorsI love the way the new Damascus they’re using looks

G10, Micarta, Grivory, Wood, Titanium, Aluminum, Stag, Steel, Paracord, Plastic, Carbon Fiber, Polyurethane….. and probably more that I’m forgetting!
Waiting for the XL version, little too small for me
Very understandable, it's not the best knife for bigger hands for sure.
Looks like a nice EDC knife. ENnjoy
Thanks ✌️🤙
Liking the blade on the wood
The Damascus has almost like a topographical look to me. Works great with the wood.
Amazon Yonder G10 $56.96 dark green Micarta$56.90 wood Damascus $79.91
The Damascus blade would look great with the dark green micarta I think
That would be a cool combination for sure!
Got mine last night
Thoughts?
No extra springs?
Waiting for mine to come in
Right on, I hope you enjoy it!
It's a practical little guy. That's no surprise given the designer. Civvi gets heat for being boring but the last several releases are anything but.
Great summary Jim, I think you nailed it! Thanks for your support 👊✌️🤙
detent is weak on mine. other than that, it is a good small knife
Wood and Damascus version
Nice choice 👍
Well, it's ugly. A knaffs lander and we banter had a baby
Thanks for the support and feedback, much appreciated! ✌️🤙
