I am afraid Kirk has been badgered out of the SG music industry. It's very sad, he's a great talent and I truly miss his pure voice. He's also a talented song writer, but those that are "holier than thou" have seen fit to make issues where there weren't any. I am pretty sure I will see Kirk in heaven, I'm not so sure about those who made his life so miserable for so long.
SADLY KIRK HAS POSTED ON HIS SITE THAT THE SURGERIES HE HAS HAD HAVE NOT CORRECTED HIS PROBLEM AND HE HAS A TYPE OF DYSPHAGIA. HE HAS CLOSED HIS OFFICE AND MOVED INTO TOWN AND YES HE IS WORKING IN A STORE.

They are good, but no where close to Gaither Vocal Band.
+Tyler Ham this video is not about the Gaither Vocal Band so nobody really cares about your comparison- it is insulting- you don't have to watch it.
GVB and Cats are kinda different styles... We can compare both cause they have some similar songs(and many songs in common), but I would never say GVB is better than Cats... By the way, Cathedral is older than GVB(GVB was born in the 80's while Cats existed since 1960's)...
