Great tips! How many assistans do you think is ok to bring with you that day?

Great question! That really depends on a few things- the size of the wedding, how many locations there are, how much install is going on, and how long the day is. We bring anywhere from 2 assistants to 5 to 10+ depending on those things. Really take time to map out your day for each wedding and figure out all the things that you are responsible for doing and/or overseeing and figure out how many people will make you feel comfortable (and then maybe add one more!). We always say more = better! At a minimum, you always wanna make sure one team member is available to assist the couple and their wedding party/family, and then you want someone else (if not several people depending on the day) that can help with the setup so that you can deal with all the other things that come up throughout the day.
