I appreciate how she spoke about the intelligence and wisdom of a ninja. For smaller framed people it makes sense to adapt the art to your strengths and personal skills in order to stay safe and stay in a place of confidence ( winning mind set ). Thank you for the post 🏆
Awesome video! It's good to see An-shu Rumiko Hayes. I have seen her so many times in the Stephen Hayes Ninja books and enjoyed listening to her here. The art of the Ninja did not die out, as the myth goes nowadays but we are still here, living in the shadows. We silently practice our art and we live in harmony with the scheme of totality!
