Good job big guy ! I don’t think I’ve seen you span rig ? I think this would have been a good one ! Your way absolutely works great just wondering. Sometimes the rope guy can pull the brush around and keep it away from you. Stay safe out there !!!
I have a few times, but I almost always either forget it's an option, or just rig it conventionally. If I'm worried about the strength of either the top, or the tree in general I'll typically span rig.
@StuckinMO no I think it was just the first sortie of the day. The first flight has extra fuel takes and then next 2 or 3, I think it was, had no external tanks. They try to wait until 8ish to start flight ops so they don't annoy the people living near the airfield too much
@StuckinMO in one of KY previous videos, Climbing above the rot, the jet noise was actually the blue angles practicing for the airshow that weekend. If you look hard enough in that video you can see them in a tight delta formation through the trees
@@ReallyTallTreeGuy when i was stationed at Pease AFB, NH in the early 80’s, our FB-111 ‘Aardvarks’ used to annoy the local populace during our numerous SAC exercises. We airmen were advised to reply to anyone complaining with this: “That’s the sound of freedom, baby!”. So dumb, but never forgot that!

@StuckinMO it's from August of 22. Not sure when I released it, but that was the first job site that I was on after breaking my wrist
