    Moto-Ryker,
Thank you for sharing and for the great front cowl removal tutorial! Your efforts are appreciated.
Speaking of cowl removal, is there enough room to remove the cowls without removing the H&B bars, or do you have to take it all apart?
    Thanks again

      +Arie Ramm Thanks a lot, Arie. You're welcome. :-)
I didn't try to remove the fairing with mounted crash bars. But there is really less space left to remove the parts. To avoid scratches and defects in paint work I would remove the bars before stripping the bike... Even if this takes as much time as removing the whole fairing. :- /

Thank you for your reply Moto-Ryker. If there was enough room, I'd probably apply painter's tape on the bars for the removal/installation process to avoid scratching. But having to remove the bars every time you work on the bike is not fun. Hopefully there is enough room, or that someone will come up with bars that leave enough room...

+Arie Ramm I wouldn't mind to scratch the bars, but the bikes fairing... :D The black ATs fairing is not painted (only the fuel tank), so there is no real chance to scratch something. But it's really much more easier to work at the bike without the bars.
But why removing the bars "every time"...? :-D It's a Honda, no need for repairs or something...!! ;-) :-D

They look better than the Honda ones IMO

    Moto-Ryker,
Great videos!! I, too, have purchased the Hepco & Becker Crash Bars for body and tank and have a question about installing them. For the exhaust side did you have to completely remove the exhaust from the engine itself, or is there some way to lower the exhaust? I tried lowering the exhaust but could not lower it enough to get to the two screws needed to secure the bar to the frame. Thanks for your help!

Hi Logan, thanks vor visiting my channel. To mount the tank guard you don't have to remove zur exhaust, just bend the radiator hose a little away . But for mounting the engine guards it has to be removed completely. There are two screws at the lower frame that need to be replaced by longer ones. Unfortunately the exhaust manifold is one single part... Hope that helps you in any way. ;)

I have the same protections but I have a question for tank guards. On my bike the gap between left and right are not same. The right one is so close to tank while the left one is perfectly distant. Is it the same on your bike too? Im just wondering if there is a problem with the installing or is it just the way it suppose to be. Thanks in advance

+Görkem Akdağ Hi Görkem - first, thanks for watching. :)
To your question: no, this is definitely not supposed to be. My both parts of the tankguard are symmetrical, both gaps between crash bar and fairing is the same size. Contact your dealer or the shop you bought it from. There is no chance for wrong mounting. Seems to be a manufacturing error.
