Hi, can't get into the different modes on compass, just get the calibrate compass message and not able to calibrate compass. I've tried a factory reset but still have same issue. Watch is brand new. Other than that it's a nice watch!! Thanks!!
Hi when u set it up to connect to your phone did it connect straight away because when I pair mine it just says "configuring" on the watch and nothing happens?
@@simplicityb when u done it the second time did it say in the app your phone was disconnected? Should I reset the watch and delete the app do you think?

Have you check with Tissot website? If you can not find anything your best is to charge with the solar charger option. I have a question, I just got my second t touch yesterday after returning the first one I bought because it would not turn on after pressing the crown for 5 seconds. Now I have had this one charging for several hours as well and it will not turn on either. I am using the charger and cable provided. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions? How did you charged it the first time? Thank you in advance for your help.
I have some suggestions when charging the watch make sure the light indicator is on. After the that press in the crown and hold it for 5 seconds make sure you press in a little hard sometimes it does not register if you don not press in all the way hope it fix your issue
I have this watch too - do a few reviews I am pretty sure a hard reset can be done if you hold down all three buttons for a short duration. This watch is brilliant and a real nice development from Tissot

Not sure what the situation is but you can try to reset the watch if you have a problem and also the Start and Back button may to press in a little hard for it to register.
One important drawback: the wake-up sound is almost inaudible: not loud enough to wake-up you in the morning. I return the watch to Tissot to fix the issue and they told me that the sound level was OK. Unacceptable at this price level. They should fix this issue.

I have this beautiful and fine watch and would like it even more if there would be a (switchable) hourly chime in a future update

I couldn’t get it to calibrate also. Then, I checked the manual - it said to make a figure eight with your wrist while it’s calibrating. Damn. Worked.
Just goes to show that it's worth reading the user instructions before use!
For you notifications, how can you select what apps you want to add notifications for?
I think the notification is only for the phone, so if you miss a call or you have an unread message it will notify you.
Does it notifies WhatsApp msg and calls?
When the charger is full it works for six months??

It was connected the first time for me but then I reset and connect the second time I have to delete and download the app again

Yes always good to first reset the watch first and then connect. Worked first time with iPhone 11

@@simplicityb I can't, the only way you can reset the watch is through the menu in the little screen.
