Panning for GOLD on the BLACKWOOD RIVER Western Australia - We caught some marron too!

In this video Martin and Nathan are visiting with family and decide to do a bit of panning on the Blackwood river whilst they are out there, they make their way off the beaten path to a secluded area of the Blackwood River to try and strike it rich!

The Maron look great, I had to turn my volume up to hear your Dad though. Happy New Year guys the river looked great are there any croc's there lol 😁😆😅🤣😂

Happy new year to you mate! And thanks for the comment 😁 The marron were delicious i must say 😅 it is a bit far south and a bit cold for the crocs there luckily! So we weren't too worried haha

Mate i live Bunbury and new you weren't going to find gold in blackwood maron nice but I've got bigger 😊

Ahhhh good old Bridgetown. Yes very familiar with those parts of the country. Just watch out for the lovely kind lady Ranger. She is very very DANGEROUS.😂 But there is good gold there. I’d recommend waiting for the first couple down pours after summer.👌👌👌

27 Locations along the Blackwood River have all produced good Gold 100%. 😊
