That's a nice Mortier. It's interesting that it has a Bursens facade I wonder if in the future the owner may change the lettering to Th Mortier to prevent confusion. Also I noticed the pipes aren't hidden like on most Mortier's.
It actually is a Mortier, it would have once been an orchestrion with a wooden front. It was rebuilt in the 1950's by Bursens/Van Wichelen when they also produced a few of their own organs with similar/identical facades.
The facade has a really cute style!
