I’d of replaced all the radiators for new ones if you’ve gone to the effort of replacing all the pipework it gives that brand new look and feel

Great video. What's your opinion on using Vinyl Flooring on a roll for a bathroom floor, and then using Cladding on the walls. Avoid the cost of using tiles
Perfectly fine for smaller bathrooms mainly for rental properties but if you are flipping them I think its worth spending that little bit more on the quality. Location makes a huge difference so always worth checking other property standards around the area and replicate that!
