Mike is just a mountain of knowledge. I take all his UA-cam videos information and write it down and have learned to deliver a sales pitch and “Walllah” like that ive got work booked for days.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing its a pleasure my friend. Thank you for not only wanting success for yourself, but for others as well. Keep up the great videos because I’ll be watching them all 🫡
I tend to profit a lot better on commercial. Like a 3 story 430ft by 220 ft building. 10k in under 30 hours and had to give one wall 6% twice but downstream the rest. I cleaned two buildings at a car dealership for over 5k in 8 hours. I like them better but certainly residential is bread and butter for so many. I cleaned an only downstream building like 400x230 in 10 hours for over 5k. Many more but if it keeps going this way I’m cutting out all residential or giving them to someone else if it isn’t decently bigger. I think it really depends on the area and what is around. Also the market and ability to sell certain things. Reputation and trust and so many aspects. I always like to watch your stuff! Keep doing it!
i work for a commercial pressure washing company. We clean alot of the skyscrapers in Austin Tx. we have wands with a handle to adjust the pressure. not sure if you've seen those but they are nice. you can turn the pressure up if your trying to clean concrete and then turn it down to rinse the walls etc
Hey Mike! Interested in starting a PW business on the side, but know basically nothing on small business insurance and what to look for/avoid. Not sure if you’ve already made a video on that topic yet or not but if not that would be awesome and extremely helpful
Hey Mike and property care community I watch your videos very often and may I just say great channel🔥👌 I was thinking about getting into it house washing and I see you use what I can assume a pressure washing wond (as seen in the start of this house wash) and a soft washing wond in other videos, can you tell me or point me into the direction of another video that may help me answer my question. When do we use a pressure washer to clean a house itself? Is it just to clean dirt of first then put chemicals after? Or can we just use our soft wash system to do all that? Basically when can we used what washing system to clean a house either pressure washers with a chemicals doser or a softwash system or even both?? Thanks, Chris
Yup...I like residential because u get paid once done but commercial properties u have too ask them about t there payment process because most will make u waite as long as a month ,and state jobs pay more but u waite 2 months too get paid and federal jobs u waite up to 90 days to get paid but u do charge the most only commercial properties are cheap skates 🤣🤙💯Aloha
My neighbors driveway is driving me crazy. one side is Moss. I just want to spray it. I need a machine and i will do it free. She will be my First LOL Pop my Cherry. Whats the legal aspect of starting a pressure washing business ?
You should do motivational speaking, from watching your videos I was able to land a 25k job but I had to outsource most of it & I still made out with about 10k thanks Mike

Thank you

Great video Mike! Thanks for the content brother.
Can you do a video on your rig set up? Why do you prefer your system over others. Thanks for the good info.
Great information thanks
Thanks for watching
Do you ever do fleet washing?
We use to
@@AllAboutPressureWashing what made you quit the fleet washing?

Honestly I love residential to relax and have fun but commercial is 100% my bread and butter.
The hba code didn’t work
Try it again - it worked for me
Mike.... Where can I find cool blue shoes like that guy? I've seen them in a couple of the videos. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Nevermind....think I found them--- Huk. I would imagine quality waterproof boots/ shoes are a vital piece of equipment.
is that cleaning the house at 30:00 - 40:00 ? ??
Fyi the garage doors look like crap. Use a pump up sprayer with straight 12% and clean up those weather strips.
Thanks - you saw about 6 minutes of a house wash and driveway cleaning.😂
@@AllAboutPressureWashing I seen enough to know to give my unsolicited advice. That's all that matters
I wish I could find someone that offers insurance in New York for a reasonable amount.
Of course commercial is way better!!!!!!
I see in alot of your videos you only clean normal houses, have you ever cleaned buildings with glass walls like them skyscrapers
We've cleaned lots of buildings but nothing like that - we don't have them where I live but I think we would. It so them if we did

Insurance - licensing per your area, LLC, etc
@@AllAboutPressureWashing Looking it up on the city web site. Thank you.
Commercial doesn't have to be as perfect and you can charge a hell of a lot more the company I work at a facility company makes yms killing doing them
Nice video
Thank you
You wouldn't clean my house with that technique of pinpoint nozzle application of the detergent.
Well of course we would
