This Time a pretty unknown 2D Arcade Fighting Game called 'Rabbit' from 1997 by Aorn.
I disabled the ugly zoom feature (can be unlocked by beating the game once) and play it on speed setting 5/8 instead of the default 3/8. Normal Difficulty.

This actually changes the gameplay by giving a fixed size for the stages.
If only EA would rerelease this game. Hopefully they can also give us the option to change the OSt from Arcade to Arrange, and even add a gallery mode too. No t sure if they would add any extra playable modes like Time attack, score attack, survival, since they would probably have to reverse engineer the game. But this game definitely needs more love! By the way Wu-Ling is my favorite.

So more fighting games doing the whole HFTF Stand thing exist? That's pretty interesting. Shame the game's broad and vague name must have somewhat hindered it's popularity.
Hisui and Keyfear are fun to play with. Wu-Ling being the third umbrella wielder i've seen who I'm a fan of. She has a cool style and has the best theme. I would've liked to play this back then, maybe with just her, a couple of the males' getup is too horrendous to make me want to keep the game.
So,how did the game come up in Sega Saturn that rare?

Oh God.
All the animations are fucked up and mostly missing in the Saturn version but at least it sounds nice. Whereas the arcade version has great animations but the music and sound effects is like shoving a cheese grater into your ear canal
Just tried it on my phone with Final Burn Neo RetroArch core, the sound seems loud, yet low.
I tried the arcade version on fightcade. Constant graphical errors, unclear voices, insane music. It's either a game difficult for MAME to emulate or a bad rom rip is going around the web.
Too bad this does not hold a candle to the arcade, animation wise
this game is very expansive.....
