this by far has been the best drum corp show I have ever seen.... the M & M awesome, the drum line, and their M & M, THE GUARD, and add the horns..OMG... and a Senior Corp............ that was awesome.... I will watch this another 20 or more times........... I wish I was young enough to do this again.
Fantastic!!! that was an outstanding performance! A solid modern, show without all the field props, excessive jazz running, and overdone electronics! that drumline was on point. keep it up! Now I must see Hawthorne Caballeros in 2017!
to oldschool , agreed ! Dont expect anything like 2016 . Hawthorne Caballeros Band may be more appropriate. Better left on a high school field or stage show . DDPB Drum Dance Pit Band .

I'm confident we're doing just fine. You are not the target demographic clearly. You'd enjoy the Alumni. The Cabs are ever evolving and always have been. But seriously. +brod drumz Usually kids start in DCA to gain experience, then move up to DCI. But, DCI has an age limit so it's entirely possible that some march DCA after they age out of DCI.
Drum Corps Association. Better known as Senior Drum Corps. Kids has to get out of DCI (Drum Corps International) when at the age of 18. More experienced is of course DCA. So I guess you could say the Senior corps are better. However, the Dci kids are more dedicated.
2017 doesnt hold a candle to this . what were they thinking or drinking? Who ever thought the '17 the over produced high school H.Caballeros band had a connection to Drum Corps. Zilch, Nada, Zero . Needs a different summer job " Experiment in Terror" would have been a more appropriate title for that show . Much less using the Caballeros name
Like every corps strives to move forward. Even the Cabs have to evolve. 2017 may not have been a show you enjoyed. But as with every show we choose, it’s a stepping stone towards our future. If the direction of the activity and to that end, the Cabs concerns you. Maybe look at it with fresh eyes. We work equally if not harder at putting a quality product on the field that is both innovating, entertaining, and can be competitive within the current mainstream movement of the activity. We won’t remain stagnant and antiquated. I hope you find your footing in the future. Drum Corps is different today. But.. it’s still Drum Corps and we are still The Caballeros.
oldtimedrumcorps have you march drum corps, let alone even Cabs? Believe it or not, change is a thing and whether you like it or not, it’s inevitable. If you like the old school, there are alumni corps

And while I'm at it , defeated your most honorable namesake most assuradly when they WERE at their usual best . Just setting the history straight. BTW Change whlie inevitable is not always for the best. Even a kid as yourself understands that . Good luck in the band .

i have been listening to them since i am12 years old when my family lived there, they are still great.
