I have better definition / volume with twist out but that strinkage is the devil . So I go with a braid out my when I want to wear my hair down . When I want a puff, I do a twist out

As you can see I like length and volume with a little definition, so I combine the two. Start with braiding the root to have way then twist. #Winning!

For more length on the twist try pinning them to your head instead of hang dry.

I prefer braid out than twist out because it has length and more definition than twist out
