► Could the murders of a pregnant woman and 3 young children have been prevented? Today a damning report suggested they could have been. Terri Harris, her son John Paul Bennett, daughter Lacey Bennett and Lacey's friend Connie Gent were all brutally murdered with a claw hammer in Killamarsh in Derbyshire back in September 2021.
The man who did it, Damien Bendall - Terri Harris's partner - was jailed last month, and told he'll never be released. He had a string of convictions and a history of violence before the killings. Well now probation officers have been criticised for catalogue of errors which led to him being wrongly categorised as low-risk offender.

This is awful! To think that monstrosity l is going to be taking courses, eat nice food, (bettter than what our children get in school), meet new people, see his loved ones, he is able to sleep and wake up to see the sun and rain. The poor children and their mother didn't have that chance to see the next day, due to that animal!😡😢😢😢 The whole system is broken.
Over and over this happens, for all the talk of a system failing and changes being made.

Whenever there's a tragedy similar to this the probation service always blame somebody else rather than themselves perhaps if they stopped taking so much time off for depression which that is seemed to do the probation service needs more help from the government the probation service have been saying this the best of my knowledge for the last 40 years perhaps one day somebody might listen to them
Please don't prevent the cull on humans. There's just too many of them
