The Bird boss is by far the best boss in the game. The most memorable one too. I vividly remember the bird boss back from the original game on the GameBoy 20 years ago.

I watched the first few bosses and I love what they've done design wise compared to the original. But I don't want to watch them all so I won't be spoiled if I ever play this. :)
You know what’s funny? Most Zelda bosses have really weird and creative names, yet they have no personality whatsoever, whereas the bosses in Link’s awakening have really simplistic names, but most of them actually have personality. It’s like all the effort that usually goes into naming the bosses was put into make them actually seem ALIVE.
I also like how, in a way, these bosses are doing good, whether they meant to or not. Facade wasn’t lying. Once the Wind Fish wakes up, its all gone. If the bosses defeated Link, they would’ve essentially saved an entire island and all its inhabitants.
Favorite boss was the bird, just use bomb arrows and dead quickly, worst boss is the final nightmare, one of the forms dies from just one hit with the boomerang
I really enjoyed the armos knight boss fight to get the face key, it felt like one of the more unique ways plus there was cool piece of info (spoiler ;) ) in the room with the face key :)

I love the slightly reworked parts of some of these bosses. The ingenuity of how to beat some of them like the eel is also really cool.

Links awakening was my first Zelda game and I love seeing all these bosses I loved fighting with this art style

That strategy to defeat Hot Head is almost foolproof. You barely had to move, and almost completed it without taking damage.
