The best metal drummer of all times and the most fucking bass man. Gene and Steve - Gods!
Woopie doo.
Yeah, they're almost as good as Lars. Not quite, but in the neighborhood.
@@valuedhumanoid6574 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@valuedhumanoid6574 😂😂😂😂 U're a joker but, metal rules. This is the law! 🤘
Lombardo's a superior drummer.
😂 I love Gene just casually bobbing his head rather than full on headbang
It's sooo obvious that he just loves what he does ay. Omg this is so good
Max is a top notch player. Not only can he cover Chuck’s vocals and guitar parts but he can also knock out Cynic tunes like nothing. His latest Exist album is also top tier music. He is unstoppable!
He's perfect for this role.
Thanks for the band info. I have to check out that Exist album \m/\m/
zero personality though. he's like a robot
He's Chucks Nephew
@@zakur0hako I'd rather that, than him trying to impersonate Chuck. He does the tribute to Chuck with grace and reverance, as it should be.
Max is such a giant. Deepest respect for the balls to jump into those big footsteps chuck left behind. Awesome Performance!
I still remember being blown away by Gene on Darkness Descends back in 1986 when I was 17. I always feel so lucky to be that age back then, the music was mind blowing and so new.
Nice to see Gene behind the kit.
Seeing this put such a huge smile on my face. Same thing happened when I saw you guys live last year. A huge thanks to all of you for making this tribute possible. 🤘❤️🤘
Amazing. Chuck would be way proud 🤘❤️🤘
I'm so glad to have you guys out there doing this. There are times where I could swear Max is channeling Chuck somehow.
Fucking amazing and have seen them twice !!! Can’t wait see them again in June !!!!
Oh man.give a little bit of an extra headbang from me. I'll never be able to see them (New Zealander) I would probably fuckin just loose my shit if ever saw them or SFU or cannibal corpse or obituary. Go hard!
Gene is a super nice guy. Thanks for taking the time to take pics with me at the Toronto, Slayer show and working the camera cause I was too smashed too. Lol
This is the kind of story that makes me respect Gene even more!
I've never seen a 3 string bass before
This is by far my favorite Death song. Dude, you are so chill back there behind the kit...meanwhile, WWIII is happening on the drums😮 Thank you🙏
This tribute band (and Left to die) absolutely encapsulate the legacy of the original band!
Does the Pantera tribute band (also called Pantera) do that? I think they get close but my fn god....Max just BRINGS IT!
I cant express enough my gratitude enough to him for stepping the f up and doing what he has done to KEEP THE METAL DREAM ALIVE!!!! (And steve and gene. This is amazing)
So, so beyond stokes to see you guys this summer in KS. Dream come true concert moment for me.
See you at the Granada my friend 🤘
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Gene not even breaking a sweat.
I love how he put Peart on his drums, legends both of them!
An homage to the professor!
Amazing song , amazing players. Aaahhh thank you Chuck for your music my friend 🤘
thanks for sharing! :)
So damn good! I never noticed how much Max looks like Jim Morrison🤘.
Come to Atlanta please, closer to where ChucK was from! Listened to Death in 7th grade in North Ga 30+years ago. There are a lot of fans here. Not just far out west or north in the USA.
They should totally play the Masquerade.
Simplemente genial una obra maestra
Amazing 🔥🤩
This is the beat Max has ever sounded imo, i dont think anyone has got that close to Chuck's voice until now! At least his later era vocal style.
Gene makes everything looks so smooth and easy
Sounding pretty good there boys
Great bass playing \m/
Thanks !!🤘
I'm so glad you guys do these shows. It's really amazing!
I'll see you @ Milwaukee Metal Fest!!!!
Amazing 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I thought this was going to sound so bad. But fucking ey. This is killer. Imagine what incredible albums we'd have if Chuck was still around
I’ll be seeing you guys live soon this month! I have never had the chance to see Death live, and I am so excited!
Man this is bad ass as hell!
Feliz demais por ter os visto ao vivo 🎉❤
❤❤❤❤❤
YEAH!!!!!
hell yea
🔥
💪
See you in Toronto boys 🤘
Got hopes high ones for a full show multi camera LOVE YALL
Cool
Like number 1000 😎
This guy on vocals holy fuuuuuck
🎉🎉🎉
WITHOUT DEATH WHAT IS LIFE!!!!
That bass is insane!! Three strings!? 🤩
@squaredcircle1111it has three strings bro lol
👍❤
New album 🙏🙏🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Kick ass
SDG on the bass! Oh yeah!
🤘🏻👍🏻
Gene, get this over to Australia ASAP. Have a holiday, and play some Monster shows. Also, do Symbolic for Drumeo. It needs to be done.
Love death and that they are still celebrating Chuck and his music 🤘😎🤘❤️🔥👏
Reinart RIP!
🕐Beast Mode!!
amazing performance and Gene lookimg great and young 💛💙
I bought Chuck's signature BC Rich Stealth a few years ago and I friggin' love it. It plays so well and has unmatched power. The DiMarzio X2N humbucker is the highest output pickup on the market (as far as I know) and it's like having a built in boost turned on all the time. It's not easy to dial in a clean tone with it because it pushes the amp so hard. But with that guitar, you're not worried about a clean tone. Anyways, I love Chuck's work and still have all his music in my car. Nothing like getting in to drive home draggin' ass and being charged up with his riffage. \m/ O_o \m/
European tour now!!!
Bring this to England 🇬🇧🤘🤘🤘
🇨🇴🤘🏻😎🇨🇴
Fell off pace bit but was great. All hail Chuck. My meeting with Chuck was long ago. Church House InnTaunton Mass 1989.
So long ago that some here were in diapers
Солист на Хоя похож.
Вспомнить творчество Сектора это святое
Darn tootin!!!
Клас
wtf Gene Hoglan is 56 now and he looks like 36
Gene Slimmons😂
Sometimes Gene Hoglan looks exactly like Bender from The Breakfast Club
Drums and Propeller.....
The closest it can get
Serious question..is max wearing a wig
4:47 says it all.
The bass sounds a little out of tune, right?
Tone in the leads are a little off
What ia this death tribute band? Who all there
Gene Hoglan, Steve Di Giorgio, Bobby Koelble, Max Phelps
