This is a great drill...we train our setter to fain a back-set...then set to the LS....if your setters can perfect this....it is comical watching the 2/front block, knock each other off balance once they realize their anticipation was wrong. 14-15U can force a Perimeter Defensive team into a rotational defense, just by teaching a setter to set LS...while advertising RS set
I like the drill. My critique of this setter is that she needs to be more oriented toward the left pin as she sets, especially with passes coming from Zones 6/1. This would also allow her an easier turn to the right to cover back-sets to Zone 2.
xxSetter xxSetter and why would she wanna do that? I like my setter to be solid before setting if she is not doing jump setting. She adjusted to the ball and have solid base before setting the balls. Look great to me. And i dont think she is on her heals. Her weight is not on her heals.

sad that beautifull sport got so many fans by a fantasy based volleyball anime. truly volleyball fans are there since the beginning.
