    / @ajrestoration Good day Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a Fogmaster Tri-Jet 6208 from 1956.
    This restoration was quite difficult especially the assembly. The patent was still pending at the time of manufacturing, and you can see that there was still some finetuning to be done. It still came out pretty good, and I actually got it to work again.
    I hope you enjoy the video.

    NOTICE: I wired the switch wrong, On is now off, and the off is on. But it does work as intended. Thank you for watching, Cheers!

      You didn't wire wrong just make sure that top is up with the red adjuster on the right side when looking from the back.

    Believe the company that makes this style is still in business. Had one at work about 5 years old and replaced cord on it

    Fogmaster still manufactures in Florida and offers all parts for the model 6208.

    This was an interesting restore. I hope you were able to get new carbon brushes for it. One of the worst things you can do to a carbon brush is have any kind of oil or lubricating product on it....
    That aside, really enjoyed seeing this brought back to life. Thanks for another great video.

    The hematoma on the nail plate moves inexorably upward. A finger on the road to recovery. All the best to the finger, and to the one from whom it grows.)))

    My grandfather had one of those that he'd use to kill flies in the horse barn. I still remember the sweet smell of the stuff.

    Loved the end product. This popped up as a recommended video as I watch other restoration channels as well. I find the videos relaxing and I usually watch them when I go to bed for the night. I made sure to hit subscribe so I can watch more of your stuff. Goodnight!

    You took it apart with gloves due to worrying about possible pesticide residue? Then no glove during restoration? HHMM. That gunk you were messing with while wearing no protection did not look to appealing!! LOL!! Love your videos! Keep 'em coming!!

    Nice, but it didn't exactly produce a whole lot of fog.

    • @AJRestoration
      @AJRestoration  3 роки тому +1

      Yes I think somewhere in the nozzle it has a little gap or hole that prevents a good seal and causes the inconsistent fog.

      @@AJRestoration Cold Foggers do not typically produce large amounts of visible fog. That is why some prefer to use thermal foggers, especially when they wish to see what areas the fog treatment is heading towards.

      If you send it over I can give it a try. I know the spray nozzle tends to break and you don't get spares anymore.

      Спасибо за комментарий. На первый взгляд может показаться, что это так. Мы заметили, что при повороте на 180 ° необходимая труба становится короче, а сборка более аккуратной.
