Ma'am, I am studying for UPSC exam and my sleep cycle has got disturbed and it takes time to get me into state of comfortable sleep. Tried this yesterday and I was able to sleep within 15 mins. Can I do yognidra while sleeping sideways or is it necessary to lay on back. ?
