    When I started doing youg nendr a l had stress all the time but because of your youg nindra video 📷
    At 1or 2 monts after I am better then I was before.
    I felt so relaxed
    Like I am in an another world of my own.
    I haven't felt so good I did in this 2 months .

    Jo baaten aap last mein bol rahi hain, vo shuru mein bolne the. Main to left pair ke knee tak aate aate hi so gai, aaj subah uthkar snan, puja ke baad pura video suna hai.

    Ma'am, I am studying for UPSC exam and my sleep cycle has got disturbed and it takes time to get me into state of comfortable sleep. Tried this yesterday and I was able to sleep within 15 mins. Can I do yognidra while sleeping sideways or is it necessary to lay on back. ?
