Just received this in the Natural Satin. Cant say enough about it. Preamp sounds great, neck is super smooth , maple top is beautiful. Hard to beat for the price.

The 504 and 604 are virtually identical. I believe the only difference is the aesthetics and wood choice since the 604 has that sweet flamed maple top and an alder body rather than mahogany, and then I believe I read somewhere that the mid boost/cut frequency was altered in some subtle way to account for the slightly different tones of the wood. But other than that its an identical build, electronics, all of that.

Awesome demo, dagan. \m/ I have a Yamaha trbx505 and it is one of the most unique bass guitars I ever own. I do like the design and sound quality and that bass sounds awesome. Since I do like these basses that much, I am considering purchasing a 5-string version of that bass.

@PMTVUK Please let bass player show the bass in its common use cases, like finger picking and slap, not just using a pick. It’s not helpful for most people buying bass. Just because many comments are dumping for Dagan doesn’t excuses him of unhelpful reviews

That’s what I keep wondering. He never ever demos any bass using finger picking. It is obvious that he isn’t a bassist. Why not let someone who is good at bass show its potential at its common use cases?
