What's more important for you? Slim necks or light weight? Jazz basses have slim necks, but they tend to weigh a bit. Jaguar basses are short scale, so should be lighter overall, and the necks are still quite slim. I think the TRB basses showcased in this vid is generally not very heavy, so might wanna check them out. But you should just go to a store and see for yourself what feels most comfortable, and what sounds best to you. Edit: I see from your channel that you're quite young. Would then suggest starting with a short scale bass, since they may fit better for smaller hands. :-)

What do you recommend, an ibanez sr300eb or a yamaha trbx304?
I own both! And yamaha trbx304 wins😊
Dobiju savršene primjerke za promociju. Kad ju ti kupiš, ne valja vrat, ne možeš spustiti action da žica nema buzz
Everything my that is made by Yamaha has a certain beginner vibe. Take it for what it's worth its ez to play on IMHO.
Like the Yamaha logo on the blackboard. :)
I'm getting the Yamaha trbx305 5 string in black. But one question. Is the bass a precision or a Jazz
neither
After a couple of clips i
....
But are they schafordable?
Tom Tobin yes they are
Is the trb1004j better then the trbx 504???
Yes
Yamaha needs to rotate the headstock or make left-handed necks. Then I will buy one.
This or the BB734A!!? Can someone help me understand what I would get for the extra $$ on a BB734A?
Passive/active switch...
i got it and i love it
YAMAHA RBX505 - Is that just another name for the TBRX505 or are they two different models? I find that a bit confusing.
I have one it's a great bass
Those basses sound so much better than my '97 Yamaha BB G5. Which would have been the equivalent model at the time.
504 winner!
SOLD!
Is this a precision bass or a jazz bass??
None of them
Like the sound. I can get a used one for a $100. Dunno if it's genuine. BTW It's a RBS MS200.
well this model is from the early 90's so if its in a good shape, it rocks. Did you buy it ?
💛 I'm looking for a bass, any suggestions for a girl? 💛
If you have time, then please pop in and see us, we would love to help you out..
+StingBear: Lightweight and short scale. Slim neck is not so important :)
+Andertons Music: I'm from the country of Danish Pete :D
You’re the Loog Girl! You’ve progressed so much in a year. Wow! Very impressed!
The best country in the world Pete always says :).. We have actually just filmed a bass video where Lee and Nathan compares 4 different short scale basses, should be live next Friday... The Fender Mustang (in a cool orange), a Squier Jaguar and a couple more. Might of some help to you.
Just my opinion, but I would never let someone else moving the knobs of my bass, for me it feels like someone grabbing my balls... btw I have a TRBX305 since 2015 and is just a piece of gold (except for those moments when the battery dies so is just a piece of shit, but I've learned to keep a constant battery replacement in my bag).
Very good review and comparison.
Amazing tone#
What's with these videos showing off this bass, it's it a slap-only bass? :D
Can someone tell me why absolutely every bassist on youtube plays staccatto and doesn't like legatto notes?
That's cuz they don't want us to know the tone sucks lol I don't really know why..
You guys seem to love everything, I guess that's what happens when your trying to sell it.
Nice intrudution
Geez those sound awesome T_T
I love the affordable bass reviews, but how about some upscale basses? Like the Nathan East and or Billy Sheehan models. I’d love to hear how those sound. Thank you.
