On the tp-link website it asks for a external port when making a new virtual server what do I enter there?
Make sure your router firewall isn't set to high.. That was my issue. Switched it back to medium & BAM.!! Online Gaming Again..

@JAWnes hey man love you video, I know it’s been 4 years hahaha but can you perhaps do another on NETIS router? I’m facing the same problem where my NAT type on my ps5 failed using my current internet service provider and I‘ve tried troubleshooting it with all the mentioned method, rn I just don’t know how to navigate on netis router page. Fyi, when I connect my ps5 via mobile hotspot the nat type works, NAT 2. So yeah, called the internet service provider but their method didn’t help. I’m guessing the problem lies on the firewall?
hey thanks for your message. You should really look for your router model on the internet and try the find if such settings are available for access, sometimes it's jsut restricted...
I'm using an LAN with a WiFi extender/booster. My NAT type is still failing on the PS4 when I test the connection. Is there anything I would need to do differently in this case?

hey joe ive tried every way possible but still get nat type moderate i tried dmz upnp and port forwarding all the ports for ps4 ww2 and i created a static ip address on my ps4 and on my tp link router i went to dhcp and reserved the address still have a nat type moderate. what seems to be the problem here?is it from my internet provider?
+Toros Fenerjian it surely is... some provider wont allow tou to have a nat type 1 but you can still amanage to have an open nat rype with type 2
