Started DJing during the panny in 2020 and learned from this page. Fast forward to 2023 and I’ve played at clubs and I’m playing my first festival with J. Phlip in June!! I’m never stopping learning little tips and tricks. I finally reached the stage where I feel comfortable on any gear. Thank you so much Andrew for your channel. I’ve never been happier and DJing had saved my life from someone with chronic depression
I bought my Pioneer XDJ-XZ at the end of the summer 2022. What i know i have all learnd it from you. I have only had 1 gig (warm up set in club) it went well but because of loud booth monitors i did struggle to beat match in the headphones. So to be honest after a few mistakes and with a full dance floor i ended up using sync. I know its a shame to say that. I respect you alot Andrew, and think its time for me to buy and support your club ready corse.
I took Andrew's course starting in 2020, roughly three years ago, after fumbling through so many random YT tutorials and guides that just didn't make sense. Andrew's style and vibe makes him an incredibly effective teacher. He is so solid in the foundational stuff that you can adjust his teaching to anything. I currently play on a 4-channel mixer or rotary with CDJs and wouldn't be able to do it without his course fundamentals. CRDJS is amazing. But it's not just the course itself, there is an amazing community built around it with social media groups, a radio station, events, etc. It's really a network and a fun group of like minded music lovers. I've been on a lot of servers, reddits, etc and the vibe can be really toxic, but Club Ready Tribe isn' that. Students have gone on to play residencies, festivals, as well as produce tracks and the support within the community is amazing. I can't say how great Andrew and CRDJS is.
Whats up Andrew ? I have now been following you for over a year. To be honest here, all i know now when it comes to Djing. Have i learnd for free because of you. I have learnd fast and think i slowly stepping up my game behind the decks. I know you are humble and a great person. Just because of that do i want to support you. So today i bougt the club ready pack and the live show performance pack. I hope i will learn alot more from this. And if i dont, do i still think you deserve the $ for all the free information you giving away here on youtube 🙏 respect from Oslo/Norway. Wish there was more people like you out there.
I began learning how to DJ in October, 2022. Thankfully, I found Club Ready DJ School and jumped right in. Club Ready DJ School helped me establish a solid foundation right away. The course taught me everything from how to choose my gear, all the way through planning and playing for a live audience. Club Ready DJ School took me from brand new beginner to a Club Ready DJ who is actively pursuing live gigs. The course was a blast too. I absolutely enjoyed the format. I love the Club Ready Tribe too. It's such a great opportunity to share my work and continue learning from other community members. Thanks Andrew!!!
Honestly getting the course was the best thing i ever did. Either way you will need to practice so practice with Andrew’s course and go leaps and bounds.
Words cannot describe how much I Appreciate Andrew!! My problem was loving music and quality too much into a perfectionist syndrome were I couldn’t clang in practice because my mind felt I was in front of 10,000 people ducking it up. Also I was never shown properly how to mix just ripped into and jeered when it went bad. So like having a bad driving instructor bad mind association formed around mixing even with decks and teachmix at home frustration still lingered for something so special which I knew I would love if I knew the small details. Thank You for Curing my ‘Club Clangphobia’ Andrew plus the passion that you have for music is the same as mine and it shows in your teaching. Thanks Remember music brings the people together 💗✊🏽💗
I'm going through the course now, and what drew me to Andrew was the perfect combination of experience and vibe. There are lots of ways to learn DJing online, which means you can find the instruction that suits the style you connect with. For me, Andrew's emphasis on the fun and community of DJing pulled me in. I also appreciate that Andrew frequently emphasizes that DJing isn't about you, it's about the people on your dance floor. If that sentiment resonates with you, I highly recommend his course.
Self taught and first gigs during the pandemic. Been improving g ever since in between and during every gig since. But there is no substitute to education thru a proper structure. U said it so well, with proper structure to learning, it can shave off years painful experimentation 😊
I've lost track of how many cue points I wanted to apply in this video until I recalled how often Andrew reminds us the most important points we always look past and that is why persistent teachers are the best.
Thanks Eric for picking up on my teaching methods. Truth is, if you asked me 20 years ago if I'd be a teacher I would never have imagined it, but I fell into it, and it's something that I really enjoy and it comes super naturally to me - thanks for your support and kind words.
The course, in my opinion, is excellent and gives you all the fundamentals to get going and experiment. But like driving and your driving test, the real learning takes off when you get out there and do it for real on your own. And, what is special about this place, is that the peer-to-peer feedback loops and community support reassures you when you dip and help you to grow. Never any judgment or sarcastic comments, only empathy and love. That my friends, is something you scarcely find on any social media groups. 🙌🏻
Started the course on January and the progress I’ve made since then has been insane. Everything was explained so well and built up up on each other to ensure a deep understanding of the mixing process. Andrew’s passion for what he does is also a huge reason his course is so successful, he really wants you to learn and be able share the experience of what he’s been through. 👏🏽👏🏽
I love this video it's the stage I'm starting to master now it totally resonated with me I'm getting much more confident I love sculpting the mix with the eq and beat matching with just the headphones also mixing in key great video
1000% not just a beginners course but with Advanced and the amazing Club Pack course there is definitely something for old and new DJs whatever their skills etc
My first 9 public gigs - events and provate parties - were on my windows laptop only. I was good but felt so limited. Every since i acquired my hercules inpulse 500, i feel like i had been djing on one leg with one arm tied behind my back 😂
The course is excellent but that’s definitely only a part of the deal you get. The tribe community is class, literally any question you have will be answered. Everyone is super friendly and like you say there’s tonnes of opportunities. There’s lots in there that are currently smashing their goals in dj, production and promotion. I don’t think I could recommend the course enough, if you’re thinking about it then go for it!
Thanks Billy, you and Chris are my pride and joy, your posts remind me of me at your age. You guys are super stars in the local scene! I'll be in the UK one of these days, I'm holding you to that gig we spoke of haha!!!!
You must be there for Songkran then, been doing research on Thailand the past 6 months and learned its no easy task financially to either retire or expat there so came back to the DJ booth, you lucky bastard Andrew, enjoy👍
100%, though it was the Bicycle party on the Equinox when I had an accident - nasty fall - 10 stitches in my head!!!!! Got lucky, no internal damage, just a nice scar which I'll show off in future videos!!!!
Sorry just saw this, been in the middle of epic course upgrades!!! We have a Black Friday sale launching on Wednesday, I suggest the complete package, you'll love it, if not full money back guarantee no questions asked: www.clubreadydjschool.com/club-ready-dj-course/
Hi, what course should i buy? I know how to beatmatch, i know little begginer stuff like really simple transitions, i know my gear, but i still feel like real noob, i would never play at club at this state : D Should i pick your begginer or advenced course?
