I haven't managed to try anything from mountain stream teas just yet. But i have heard amazing things. I adore the mei leaf gaba oolongs ive tried though and the Amethyst Gaba is my personal favourite of the three, though recommend trying them all. Theirs just something abount gaba oolongs that make me feel so relaxed and help me to get rid of so much tension in my body.
Not to come off as rude or ignorant but isn't that a bit too much tea? Or did you put that much tea just to show the color and to be able to describe taste better? 😅
😂 It's never too much tea! Ok, sometimes it is, but that looks about normal. I usually start at about 5 grams per 100 ml. Definitely a lot for a Western style brew, but for gong fu cha it's pretty normal.
Very good Video ! You getting better and better ! Yes ! Mei leaf Amber Gaba is the best
Thank you ☺️

I got the Alishan GABA in the Mountain Stream Teas February box. It is the first GABA I’ve ever tried, and I’m hooked.

Also, with those Taiwanese oolongs it's pretty difficult to over brew them. Takes a lot before they get bitter.
Looked like 8 or 9 grams. Nothing too crazy for Gong Fu.
