How is Daylin doing? He seemed like a great fit for you. Jaxon and I are watching this and he’s loving it. He said he thinks you are never hungry because you’re always having food in your mouth…I had to tell him it’s tobacco or at least appears to be…that’s real man stuff

Great video Doc! Great points as always! I agree on Ray, we need to encourage Ray to find a good church, not trying to say he’s a bad guy saying that but I feel like that would benefit him.. I get so frustrated with guys feeling like they need breaks when you’re getting a lunch break and a break driving to the next yard doing 20+ properties!
Thanks brother. I don't know the entire situation but I know Ray as a man, this is not in his character. I have had things said about me by many that was made up just to get others to unsubscribe, this goes much deeper and is sickening. Ray and his wife are great people. All of these folks need to find a good church and turn their lives over to the Lord!! I am with you on that last one, drove me crazy!!
Hey, Doc! About Ray: Ray IS a good man. His biggest fault is that he thinks with his heart. Look back on all the videos of his past employees. He's bent over backwards for each of them, TRUSTED them, and gone far beyond what other employers would have done. You just can't do that and turn profit the way you should. Ray bought a second truck. A bit of a mess. I helped him out with finding certain parts. No biggie. He gave me the most heart felt shout out, I had to play it for my family. His personal email thank you was enough, but again, above and beyond. As I do for you, I pray for his success and prosperity. Ray, ex employees are exes for a reason. Don't wear the past as an anchor around your neck that will only drag you down. You can't change the past, so you have to let it go. God bless.🙏

What is the worst is that people on youtube who have no talent will attack a man for working and running a business. They go to the lowest level of filth to hurt people, instead of doing something constructive. God bless brother

Here in the mid 80s this week and overnight lows in the high 50s to mid 60s like the cooler weather also

I don’t know Ray but.. I understand this industry and Ray deserves the benefit of the doubt period. He’s supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. If he’s a friend of yours he’s a friend of mine and will be praying for him. This is going to be an issue for him regardless of how it turns out.
I wasn’t there but I know how people love to lie…a lot a lot a lot.
I absolutely hate to say this but this makes me glad I can’t find help. Thats terrible
Travis, I made so many enemies on youtube and honestly it was my fault but Lies can hurt people far beyond youtube. You are blessed as I am to be solo, yes it isn't fun, but the alternative is a mess

Ray is awesome and always willing to answer questions or give advice on things
He is out making a living like all of us and this was over the top and should never be allowed to happen.
I'm solo too, I tried employee's 20 years ago, way too much of a headache and unreliable. I also found didn't find it save me allot of time, now I just rely on myself and and pick the jobs I want.
I think unless your really big it doesn't pay to have someone help you.

Your opinion on this one have 2 friends one mowed the others yard n missed alot of places in the yard so the home owner asked me to come n redo wat the other guy did so cut his lawn super short like he wanted n trimmed in n out of the fence line and around his garden total time was about 5 hours now the other guy got paid n i got left high n dry so decided im not doing any mowing for him or trimming the other friend needs to bring his weed eater there n do the job correctly n lower the deck down
That is pretty wrong in my opinion. Was you doing it as a friend or doing it to get paid?

I got home last night but was "too wrecked" 🤣 to comment. 3.5 hr's of straight whippa snipping, followed by 3 hr's gardening - phew😰. We have 20 dgerees celsius (68F) forescast for the weekend. So it's warming up for Spring proper now. The nightime temp's are also rising. The season has well & truly started here & things have taken off ! 💯👊💪😎.....🦘...#whippasnippa
