Hi Josh, love the video, this is my kind of video. Did you know, there is a recipe to make fish head soup? You did a nice job on the Salmon. I think Salmon liver can be eaten by humans, try it and let me know, lol. Your Salmon station is a nice setup. Thanks for sharing.
