I felt bad for Ji-Yeong the most because she literally had nothing once she got out of prison. Her story was just sad. Yeah, I've always been on the Sang-Woo did nothing wrong side. These are literal death games. Every player has known that since the first game was over. He's just doing what he needs to do to live, can't really blame him for that. With that said, it's understandable for anyone to have an in the moment hatred for him as well.
I guess this 2 different reactions occur because sang woo manipulated Ali while gihun took advantage of an advantage(old man getting confused) but yea i agree both did it for survival and anyone in that position would've done whatever it takes to not die so we have to judge them equally
I think the issue is in their responses to what they did and who they did it to. Gi-Hun just took advantage of the old man seeming to forget what was happening. He’s thinking that the old man won’t survive long even if he wins, so if he dies here, it’s not as bad as he himself dying. The old man also has no family to go back to. Gi-Hun was also incredibly remorseful throughout the game and really showed that he hated what he was doing. On the other side you have Sang-Woo, showing little to no remorse for what he’s doing to Ali. On top of that, Ali is young, healthy and has a family to go back to. He’s also manipulating Ali because he’s ignorant of the game and extremely trusting and respectful of his elders. Sang-Woo uses that to manipulate Ali into handing him the marbles without knowing he was. Ali dying has a far worse impact than the old man, in both years left to live and family to go back to. That’s why, I believe, people come down harder on Sang-Woo than Gi-Hun in this instance.
@@TheSilenthvok yeah, i didn't hate sangwoo either. they're playing on a death game that everyone chose to come back. when i judge the actions of other people, i always ask first if i was in that situation, would i do the same?

Obligatory to say this - Sang-woo and Gi-hun BOTH played a dirty trick this episode. Ali was simply more gullible. Harsh truth. And yes, Sang-woo very evidently didn't feel great about it either. People are way too quick to dismiss Sang-woo as some psychopath (Yes ik Sang-woo does some awful stuff, but its in the name of survival..., and he doesn't enjoy one bit of it. Hes the only one unfortunate enough to know the EXACT correct course of action to survive, and in that position, you kinda have to stick to your gut)
@ 25:30 one guy had blue marbles and the other had green i think, so they knew whos marble went in. they were allowed to choose any game they wanted so oh well for that guy lol 🤷♂🤦♂
If you think Mi-Neo, I think I got the name right, was spared because no one partnered with her, then you have to realize that Gi-Hun's kindness got the old man killed.
hahaha the girls were destroyed in this episode, they reminded me of the simpsons episode where homer or bart were watching the vhs where Ralph Wiggum gets his heart broken. (in this video it was at minute 30:51)
It's crazy how Sang-woo manipulated Ali badly. Sang-woo is referred to as "Hyung" by Ali, which means "older brother." That is how Sang-woo was viewed by the guy he betrayed. This guy is a menace.
Dani is watching all of this for the first time, but Sam said she had already watched some episodes. Does anyone remember which ones Sam has already seen?
Wait how did Sang-Woo know about the marbles game ahead of time? I don’t see any evidence for that. I think he just partnered with Ali because of his strength.

I like watching people react to episode 6 cuz if it her me cryin like a baby I kno erbody else was lol the little girl hit me the hardest. A lot of other people more sad about gramps.

18:05 that cry talking 😭❤️
The infamous "Episode 6" that caused a flood of tears on YT reaction channels for a solid week.
First time seeing she cry like this. So cute
FYI : Sang-Woo didn't know about the game. Just give it a thought by yourself, how would he even know?
Chick in Grey top trying so hard to not to seem like she's seen this already..
16:01 "I think she's gonna give it to her" . Yeah right you haven't seen it haha..
Best damn episode in the marble universe.
I don't remember clearly but I think Sang-woo was ready to take his own life thinking he wouldn't get a second chance in the Squid Game since he did opt to continute playing after that first game. RIP to the most wholsome characters 😭
The girl who sacrificed herself is also in "All of Us are Dead" Netflix Korean zombie show
Ah yes, the fated episode 6. The one that increased the level of the ocean by not an insignificant amount!
The old man said his name is "Oh Il-nam" that means Number One Man!
i bet morgan liked watching these two cries too
Maybe I just haven't watched enough React pack, but I can't remember Dani being this emotional before :'(
I feel for you ladles! This was an very emotional episode.. i wish i could hug you both❤
ah the episode that made everyone a sobbing mess.... RIP 3 people we have met and grown to love.
They looked cute while crying
Obligatory to say this - Sang-woo and Gi-hun BOTH played a dirty trick this episode. Ali was simply more gullible. Harsh truth. And yes, Sang-woo very evidently didn't feel great about it either.
People are way too quick to dismiss Sang-woo as some psychopath
(Yes ik Sang-woo does some awful stuff, but its in the name of survival..., and he doesn't enjoy one bit of it. Hes the only one unfortunate enough to know the EXACT correct course of action to survive, and in that position, you kinda have to stick to your gut)
I always love how the thug is the main one that truly needed luck and skill to win
Its like the girl on the right was spoiling everything right before things happened :D
When Ji-Yeoung was killed it crushed my heart. That was so sad.
@ 25:30 one guy had blue marbles and the other had green i think, so they knew whos marble went in. they were allowed to choose any game they wanted so oh well for that guy lol 🤷♂🤦♂
This episode was such a slow burn of emotional distress. I definitely felt as sick to my stomach as you two did during this reaction.
If you think Mi-Neo, I think I got the name right, was spared because no one partnered with her, then you have to realize that Gi-Hun's kindness got the old man killed.
Yup. This is the episode that breaks everyone. I still cried watching just the reaction and I knew what was coming ; _ ;
'I'm sorry for doubting you!' Welp, that aged like milk in the sun. :P
The only rule classified as cheating for the game is taking the marbles by force.
6:24 Yeah, with this episode, YOU WILL 😭
14:15
Bruh it didn't even start and she's already shedding a drop. XD
hahaha the girls were destroyed in this episode, they reminded me of the simpsons episode where homer or bart were watching the vhs where Ralph Wiggum gets his heart broken. (in this video it was at minute 30:51)
Odd that you knew every outcome before it happened.
It's crazy how Sang-woo manipulated Ali badly. Sang-woo is referred to as "Hyung" by Ali, which means "older brother." That is how Sang-woo was viewed by the guy he betrayed. This guy is a menace.
What would you have done
Sang-woo didn't know the game. He picked Ali because he saw him as a more capable partner
I’m at work and will have to watch this later but I’ve been looking forward to when you guys get to this one 😅
The point of this game was to break up alliances.
Was ages ago I saw this episode and now I have a headache from crying again. Dang. :P
Great reaction! But I can't get over the fact how beautiful Dani is
Morgan should be there for the last episode, so you can make predictions and talk about season 1.
omg i love the Creators guild jersey. i cant buy enough
Every time I rewatch this episode I have the same thought lol.. "SangWoo you pos"
When i saw episode 6 for the first time i literally cried when Ali and the other girl died😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 the serie is just too emotional😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
( i Can literally not remember the girl with the piercings name)
😍Dani🥰come on gang… you got me about to cry🥺I like to see your brown eyes without tears!
This episode made me cry so, so hard
Dani is watching all of this for the first time, but Sam said she had already watched some episodes. Does anyone remember which ones Sam has already seen?
First 3 she's blind by that point
@@naghar9827 Then E4 is where I’ll start. Thanks.
The notorious episode 6 strikes again.
The fact that Deoksu is the only one who won fair and square 😭
Wait how did Sang-Woo know about the marbles game ahead of time? I don’t see any evidence for that. I think he just partnered with Ali because of his strength.
6:26 dani : I am going to fucking cry ….. yes you are 😢
Easily the best episode of the series
Ah yes. The episode that tested everyones willingness to show emotions on camera and to see whos hypocritical on acts of deceit when it comes to matters of "its either you or me"
Ei, new sub here, this episode was hard to watch - heartfelt and raw reaction from you both!
Been waiting for this all week like the evil person I am 😂 yeeesss I wanna see those tears ! Love u guys hehe
watching the two of you cry was as hard as watching Ali git conned. 😣
Thanks for the video.
Netflix's new K-drama
"Bloodhounds" is recommended.

I like watching people react to episode 6 cuz if it her me cryin like a baby I kno erbody else was lol the little girl hit me the hardest. A lot of other people more sad about gramps.
your reactions more exiting than squid game. so like it.
근데 중간중간 뭘받아 적는거예요?
i have a squid game jacket with the number 240 ☝️🤓
Ali didn't deserve to go out like that!!!! 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
