I doubt the driver of the car even saw the child. Most people would be carrying a child of that size into the store, I would imagine? Very sad that the baby didn't get the chance to experience life. May he RIP. My very deepest sympathies go out to the child's family for their loss. I can not begin to imagine their pain.

My son ran out in front of a car and got hit..... luckily he survived but that was the most absolute terrifying thing to ever have witnessed in my life
I pretty much doubt the driver could see the little kid since he was holding his mothers hand at the time of the evidence but good greif. This just a mess, poor kid.
