Actually, it is not hard at all. I played the guitar, and maybe that is why is not hard for me. I added some pull offs , hammer ons and artificial harmonics to this arrangement, just for fun.

My mom's favorite song and she passed a long time ago. I don't know if I'll ever be good enough to learn this but I'm going to try. Thank you SO much....:-)
Ukulele Cheats I am confused on what happens after the Dminor there look like more happens with your fingers but you did not say anything about them please help 🥺
I learned this song a few months ago and saw it got recommended to me again. I just want to tell you all that it's possible as long as you stay patient and determined.
Do you think someone who has no knowledge in music whatsoever but happened to have a ukulele lying around so decided to learn a song, will be able to do this? Please say yes, that someone is me lol
I actually played the "fly me to the moon let me play among those stars". Once i got the melody along with the way to play it, it's actually doable with little bit of practice. thanks for showing us the technique to play.
it would be great if you could make a tutorial that includes both the strumming and the fingerstyle parts. I can do just the fingerstyle but I can't add the strums, it is kinda confusing. Btw great cover, I love it. All your covers that I listened to are awesome.
This is my fav channel for ukulele because it's not just chords and strumming. It throws in variation which struggle with and I need to practice so thank you for existing.
Very easy to learn with this video! Perfect pace and I learned in just a few hours. (I have been playing for a year btw so I’m not exactly a natural 😅)
1st of, Big Thanks for the Tuto, started ukulele and after 1 month of practice, I play it confidently. Whats missing is the strumming pattern that I struggle to catch and it is a major part of the play, gives a complete different dimension to the music
Thank you so much for the tutorial! I've always wanted to learn how to play this song. It took me a couple of days to actually get the hang of it but it's still worth the time.
This is really THE best tutorial you have made so far! I tried The Lion sleeps tonight and Feliz Navidad so far, but had really trouble sometimes figuring it out. Waterloo sunset in this style would be AMAZING! One of the best songs you presented so far! Keep going! :)
4:47 for 1st slow section 6:07 for second verse 7:41 for final verse I recommend getting each individual verse nailed down before moving on to the next one to learn it as fast as possible! I’ve been practicing this way for a while, and have been able to learn it in 2 days.
I don’t feel complete with this song at all because you did not teach your strumming that you did but this is still the best tutorial ever you teach very well!!! But I really hope for the strumming patterns it’s very hard to learn and I work a lot of hours so don’t have as much practice time as I wish
Amazing. Only switched from begin-intermediate level guitar to ukulele two months ago and being able to play this through has represented the first big step!! But that's just being able to play each chord and note. Now to work on the finesse you applied. I imagine that'll take quite a lot longer!! Such a great arrangement you put together here and the tutorial is fab. thnx
I just wanna share my experience lol. I know the basic of ukulele like what i mean by basic is BABY LEVEL SO YEAH. Plus i havent touch my uku's in like 1 year or so so it was very ashy. But oh well bcos of this corona things and im bored so i study this and did the verse 1 for like 2,5 hours till i can get ahold of it. But just verse one lol mybe ill study the verse 2 later when im in the mood hahaha. Thanks for the vid man!
Thank you for this video. It would be much more interesting to explain in detail how you switch between strumming and fingerpicking in your original video. I think most people can read tabs but the tab is not showing the strumming part. Maybe you could also write a tab showing this in detail using the tab strumming Features.
Actually the tabs do indicate when to strum and when to pluck, for example if there are circular arcs below line then those chords are meant to be plucked and if there’s a straight vertical line before chord formation, it’s meant to be strummed Atleast that’s what I understood from watching the video
I FOUND YOUR COVER LIKE A YEAR AGO AND HAVE BEEN WORKING ON PERFECTING IT BASED OF THAT!!! I JUST GOT IT DOWN PRETTY WELL BECAUSE I CAME BACK TO LEARNING IT ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND JUST FOUND THIS! 😅
Update: After maybe two total hours of practice, I can play the first bar and a half at full speed without even looking at my ukulele, but "Jupiter" has had me stuck for the last 45 minutes. I'm having a really hard time transposing it to how I play ("upside down" - think Hendrix) for some reason.
Oh no, that's a very comfy voice when u said "okay, we're recording," do you wanna read any book or something? 😭 All kinds of sounds, all kinds are very nice 😭🌼😊
Hey, thanks so much for htis tutorial! Can you explain a little bit more on how you are picking and strumming as its very different than what I've seen so far.
Learning this right now! It’s taking me about 30 minutes just to learn the beginning (fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars). I love the sound so far and I anticipate to learn more. Thanks for the tutorial! :)
